Our experience is that each of our clients has differing maintenance requirements. That is why we provide 2 types of contracts.
- Ticket contract
With the ticket contract you can buy a number of hours of our services up front for the next year or half year. The number of hours is flexible and they can be used at any time during the contract period.
Besides a 25% discount in hourly rates, with this contract you secure a short response time to your requests and you secure that your development and test environment remain in place at all times.
This contract is typically applied for ad hoc and initially unplanned changes. The scope of such changes is mostly minor.
- Application maintenance contract
If you require more security for your operations and the planned changes are more substantial and continuous (typically over 24 to 40 hours a month), then we recommend an application management contract.
Our application maintenance contracts are usually set up for a specific period, providing you with excellent service at much lower cost than maintaining a development and maintenance team at your premises. Also you will save at least 25% on our regular rates for ad hoc support.
In addition, for all maintenance clients we provide the required staging environment (development and test servers) as part of our service.
