In all models UP2 technology is ready to employ your own working standards and methodologies or use in-house practices.
The project is executed at the UP2’s offshore premises. You are continuously informed about progress, changes and issues at each stage of the project by your local account manager and the assigned offshore project manager. Communication is recorded and progress is reported on a continuous basis via our client extranet.
Onsite model
The project is carried out at the client’s site. Up2 brings highly qualified staff with strong programming skills to your location. You give us a list of professionals and required skills and experience you need. Then we start an internal process for selecting most appropriate candidates. Finally, you review our offer and select the developers who best match your requirements to work on your project at your office.
Combined onsite/offshore model
The onsite team located at your or our own local premises directly interacts with our offshore development team. The onsite team addresses the critical items and integration issues which need immediate attention, while our dedicated offshore team works on system development.
The use of our own offshore facilities provides you with minimized time and resources costs. We recommend this model for middle-size and large projects which are subject to change and need immediate attention from our team.
Virtual Team model
This model allows you to have a virtual extension to your in-house software team. We assemble a dedicated team of software engineers in coordination with you. The team adopts your practices and methodologies for software development and project management.
The project management can be either performed by our professionals or by your's. In both cases you have full control over the software development lifecycle.
