Pricing models
Fixed Price We provide customers with a fixed project quote that describes in detail the project scope and schedule. The payment schedule for such quote depends on the project milestones and duration.
We recommend this model to middle-size projects, where the scope of the project is defined and timelines are aggressive. This is the most cost-effective outsourcing solution to take advantage of.
Time and Material In this case, the "full time equivalent" scheme is applied which means that the customer is charged at a daily rate for each employee dedicated to the project. All invoices for this type of contract are accompanied by a project report.
We recommend this model to middle-size and large projects which are dynamic and have fluidity. This model provides you with the maximum control over deliverables and the team which works on the project.
In this case substantial discounts can be applied on our already low rates of up to 25%.
Application management/Support services
Many clients often require continuous support for the applications delivered. We provide alternative approaches to secure our support when you need it.
Ticketing agreement
The ticketing agreement is a flexible way to arrange ad hoc support with us. Basically you buy a number of hours of our services, which you can call for during a certain period of time.
A ticketing agreement is typically applied for smaller ad hoc support requests, which require relatively fast response but not immediate action. Such agreement provides substantial lower prices than when you call for our ad hoc support without having an agreement.
Application management contract
Application management contracts are aimed to provide continuous support and to secure specific skills and people for support services. These contracts are typically applied for:
- Support for business critical applications
- Continuous development activities aimed to extend applications
