We are aware that IP rights are of great consideration to our clients. Our starting point is that IP rights belong to you and that source code is handed over at the end of the project and at regular stages during execution of application management services.

However, as an innovative company we are constantly investing in new components, solutions and frameworks, which together with our people provide our competitive edge. If those are used in a project we will clearly indicate during the contracting phase of the project for which parts of the solution we intent to keep the IP rights.
